What is the difference between S29GL128P10FFIS10 and S29GL128P11FFIS40? The package and function? Could you pls provide the data sheet for the both part?

Hello Jennifer,

Q) What is the difference between S29GL128P10FFIS10 and S29GL128P11FFIS40

A)  There is no difference in package. S1 is high protect part and S4 is low protect part. As already mentioned Since these are secured parts compared to normal parts the datasheet will be provided through out Tech support case system.
