CY15B104QN-50SXITを使用し、データのロギングに使用しようとしています。

SPI通信処理を含むサンプルコードやライブラリなどはございますでしょうか。

ターゲットのプロセッサがCypress製品のMCUではないため、

C言語で記載されているGeneralに使用できるものが望ましいです。

FMxシリーズやPSoCシリーズのライブラリ(PDL)がそのまま使えるのであればそれでも構いませんが、

そのままは使えないと認識しています。また、アプリケーションノートには該当しそうなものを

見つけることができませんでした。

I am using FM25V20A and I would like to write some data into memory locations. If I try to read the locations, then I am getting random values.

What is the default value (for example, 0xFF or 0x00)

Hi,

While accessing this FRAM of I2C interface, the CPU may be reset.
When the CPU accesses FRAM after returning from reset, FRAM cannot output data normally.

This FRAM only has a power-on reset and no external reset.

Does FM24C16B-G have a software reset?

For example, MB85RC16V(Fujitsu) has the following description.

It seems that software reset is performed by sending 9 times clock to FRAM.
Is this function effective for FM24C16B-G?

I'm searching the footprint pattern for the FM25V02A (DFN 4mm x 4,5mm x 0,8mm).

I didn't find any related documents on that.

Minimum operating voltage of this FM24C16B-G is 4.5V.
What is the power-on reset voltage of FM24C16B-G.
Reset operation occur when the voltage drops below 4.5V?
