I am using CY14U256LA-BA35XI as replacement for STK12C68-L35M replacement. Not using A13 and A14 as only 64kbit is used. HSB not connected as only power ON/OFF autorecall/store function is used. Please review the design and part replacement.

Regarding CY14B101LA-BA45XIT, is there any command to read device ID or UID like flash memory?
The data sheet doesn't mention it, so can you tell me?
We used Infineon's IC (p/n: S25FL064LABMFV000) to enter QPI mode and it was locked and could not be unlocked.

Show LessHi,
Does Infineon / Cypress have radiation test data on FRAM CY15B104Q (full part number CY15B104Q-SXI or similar) or on this part family?
Specifically I am looking for a SEL or DSEE threshold. I've seen neutron data in this forum, but I am wondering if you have single event effects (SEE) / heavy ion test results.
(Total Ionizing Dose (gamma) would be great too, if you have it)
Thank you!
Todd
I can't find HBM & CDM value in the datasheet, as below item.

Hi, I'm trying to simulate the SPI lines on a design to look at signal integrity and check for overshoot/undershoot. If we could benefit from a series resistor near the driver on any nets, now would be the time to add them. Is there an IBIS model available for CY15B102Q-SXE or should a generic model for 3.3V CMOS logic lines be used? Thanks!
Show LessHi
It says "If an invalid opcode is received, the opcode is ignored and the device ignores any additional serial data on the SI pin until the next falling edge of CS, and the SO pin remains tristated." in datasheet.
Can FM25V10 recover normally if new valid opcode is issued after system timeout by invalid opcode ?
Best regards,
