Hi, We are using FM25CL64B-DG FRAM. What is the default value on the memory locations ? is it 0x00 or 0xFF ?

I am reading 0xE0 value at the very first startup.

we are using the CY15B102Q-SXE FRAM.

We would like to simulate our HDL and need HDL or some other form of BFM to work in Modelsim.

Are there any simulation files available for the CY15B102Q-SXE?

After installing a FM24CL16B in a DS3231 replacing an EEPROM where power is 5V, I noticed the datasheet state this fram should work at 3.6 volt

Could this IC work with 5 V supply or should I expect a shorter operating life.

I use CY15B102QSN.

This device has a hard reset. Will the data be All 0 when I do this?

The data sheet describes the behavior of the status register. However, there is no description about the data.

Hello, 

I just got a CY15B108QN-40SXI to work on my project with STM32 board. The marking on the chip doesn't seem to match with its part number. 

It has information printed as follows:

CY15303

A 642099

CYP2049

I could not find the chip-marking information on it's datasheet which was last revised on 15th July 2019. 

Can someone pls confirm if I received the correct chip?

Hi, For I2C FRAM, I can see 'C code' examples in Cypress Site. I am using MAX2 CPLD to access I2C FRAM. If you know of links that may have the VHDL or Verilog Code, please let me know. Thanks.

A causa dell'attuale carenza vorremmo utilizzare FM25640B-G2TR RAMTRON DC 2010 che abbiamo in magazzino invece di FM25640B-GTR che al momento è difficile da trovare .
