We confirm for minimum voltatge required at VCAP of nvSRAM.
Minimum voltage required at VCAP pin to complete AutoStore?
Answers were listed on the above link.
"The minimum voltage at VCAP pin for proper circuit operation is 2 V."
Is this answer similar to +3.3V and +5.0V products?
If so,
I = Q / t
Q = CV
From the above equation,
We understand that recommended values of VCAP capacitors for +3.3V and +5.0V products are different.
However, the recommended values are not distinguished in the data sheet.

Hi Masashi-san,
The minimum voltage on VCAP to complete the AutoStore cycle is the same for both 3V and 5V nvSRAM parts. This is because nvSRAM internal core voltage is regulated to a constant core voltage for both 3V and 5V VCC.

Hello,
Could you let me know the full MPN of the part you are referring to?
Thanks,

Nada-san,
We were confirm to find the minimum store processing voltage of CY14E256LA - SZ45XI(+5V product).
As I was looking into this community, I found a link with an above answer.
Assuming the above answer is correct, I confirm for the data sheet of other products.
For example, CY14MB064Q1B/CY14MB064Q2B with 3.3V and 5V products.
Although this product has different voltage, the value of Vcap is specified with the same value.
So, it has led to this question.
We would like to confirm that this minimum voltage is common to all products(+3.3V and +5V).
Regards,
Masashi
