We have selected the NVRAM  CY14X512Q3A  suitable for our application but we are not able see the availability anywhere.

The  CY14X512Q3A  Part number is mentioned in the datasheet of 512-Kbit (64K × 😎 SPI nvSRAM.

I could not find any details about CY14X512Q3A from our internal database. Could you please let me know, where did you come to know about the part number CY14X512Q3A?
