Hi,

CY14V101QS is 1-Mbit nvSRAM.

Is t_STORE still in a maximum of 8 ms, the same as 4-Mbit nvSRAM STORE?

Thanks.

Hi Robin,

The tStore operation will take the same amount of time that is 8 ms as specified in the datasheet. The store operation will not depend on the density of the device so it will not make a difference if it is 1 Mbit device or a 4 Mbit device.

Internally there is a 1 to 1 correspondence between a SRAM cell and a SONOS (flash) cell or the non volatile cell. So the whole operation is run in parallel and the entire data set is transferred in parallel to the SONOS cells  hence the time will remain same.

Thanks,

Pradipta.
