Non Volatile RAM (F-RAM & NVSRAM)

Hi all,
we use the CY14B104NA-ZSP25XI NVSRAM and the VCAP range is min=61uF, typ=68uF and max=180uF (datasheet values).
In our library, the available capacitors are 330uF or less than min value of the datasheet.

   

If we use the 330uF capacitor (T510X, 10%), what is the impact on the VCAP voltage level at the end of a tRECALL period or on others timings ?

the  VCAP  has not  any access with the MCUs，

   

it  is    all  up  to  you！

   

but  can  not  be  littler  than the  min！

Why Min, Typ and Max value of storage capacitor (VCAP) are specified in nvSRAM datasheet?
