HAL files missing string.h for memset

I created a custom BSP from kit CYW9P62S1-43012EVB-01.  After I deleted the WiFi support, including the CYHAL_UDB_SDIO definition, I got build warnings of "implicit declaration of memset" from cyhal_adc.c, cyhal_comp_ctb.c, cyhal_i2s.c, cyhal_opamp.c, cyhal_pdmpcm.c, and cyhal_usbdev.c, because those files are not including string.h.

We too have kind of seen this issue and have reported to our internal team who are working on a fix to get this resolved.
