Could you please let me know the kit which you are using? Please refer to the Session6: PSoC6 Analog Sub-system Design using ModusToolBox from the link. In this session, you will learn about how to access SAR ADC using HAL APIs, PDL APIs and Device Configurator available in ModusToolbox.
