Status of BT SDK Update Release?

Can your provide an update on the status of the next BT SDK Release?  In response to a previous query on a fix for Sleep behavior for the CYW20719B2 chip, ( https://community.cypress.com/t5/ModusToolbox-Bluetooth-SDK/Sleep-Examples-for-CYW20719B2-Modus-Tool... )I was told that this would be addressed in the next release.  Lack of this update is impacting our project dev

The schedule for the release date is this week. But it is postponed for some reason. 

There isn't a specific release time. I think it will be released soon.

New BTSDK released, can be found from ModusToolbox™ 2.3.1   library manager.
