Hello together,
I try to download the flash of an MB90F497G, using F²MC-16LX Software and adn Silicon Labs USB-UART Bridge.
My application has a programming connector, pinned with MD0, MD2, P01, P00, SOT1, SIN1, VCC, GND and SCK1.
MD0 is LOW, MD1 and MD2 High, i meassured, P01 and P00 also low.
Crystal is 8 MHz.
I did not connect SCK1, cause I do not now where.
I get different errors.
Sometimes:
ERROR!! MCU:31H DOWNLOAD ERROR
ERROR!! MCU:02H DOWNLOAD ERROR
And so on. different HEX Numbers as error.
Does anybody know what i am doing wrong?
May anybody help me?
I have not read about code protection at F497G anywhere.
Thank you in advance.

Looks a hardware connection issue referring to https://www.fujitsu.com/downloads/MICRO/fma/mcu/PCW16LXe.pdf (I find this with Google)

I already checked that more than one times. It all seems to be correct.
Might it be that USB-UART Bridge is not compatible? Is there any experience?

Might be USB-UART bridge issue. Regretfully, experience for F²MC-16LX is limited in this community.
