I don't have idea on the exact factory names of those codes refer to. But I think the devices manufactured at the different site are completely compatible with each other from form,
fit, functional, parametric, and quality performance perspectives.
If the factory site information has to be identified in your case, I would recommend you to contact Cypress/Infineon Quality team by open a "Quality Documentation" mycase from https://www.cypress.com/mycases
The factory change and MB - > CY MPN prefix change were initiated from the year or 2017, search APCN173705 PCNs from here - https://www.cypress.com/pcn/
