What is the voltage supply range of the USB-Serial family? Which low-power modes does USB-Serial support?
- The USB-Serial controllers operate with a single external supply over the range of 1.71 V to 5.5 V. USB-Serial controllers support two power modes: Active and Sleep.
These controllers have a typical current consumption of 15 mA in Active mode and 5 µA in Sleep mode.
