Question: Is it possible to drive the PSoC with an external 32KHz Oscillator?
Yes, you can run an external oscillator into the crystal input. The range of the amplitude into the input needs to be between 0.6V and 1.8V. Therefore, if you run the standard TTL oscillator with an output from 2.4V to 5V through a resistor divider to knock it down by two-thirds, the PSoC oscillator will work just fine.
