Some Cypress Flash devices provide the VIO option in addition to the VCC core voltage. What if VCC and VIO have separate supplies?
In this case, the VIO and VCC supplies must comply with the power-up and power-down requirements defined in the datasheet. For the GL-S flash, VCC must be greater than VIO by at least 200 mV during the power-up ramp, until both voltages are no less than the minimum operating voltage.
