Where can I obtain a signed CyUSB3.sys driver for the EZ-USB® FX2LP™ development kit (Windows 7 x64 environment)?
Answer:
The CY3684 FX2LP development kit install package contains signed drivers for Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows XP (x86 and x64) operating systems. The drivers are signed for VID=04B4 and PID=8613. We recommend the customers to use the latest version of cyUSB3.sys driver instead of cyUSB.sys driver.
You can download and install the kit from http://www.cypress.com/?rID=14321. After the kit contents are installed, browse to the location: Install_root_directory\CY3684_EZ-USB_FX2LP_DVK\ 1.1\Drivers\Win7\x64. All the drivers are located in this folder.
