Answer:
If the FB input is connected to an undivided output, the REF input frequency range will be the same as Fnom operation frequency range.
Device | REF Input Frequency Range |
CY7B991/2, CY7B991V | 15MHz to 80MHz |
CY7B9911 | 15MHz to 100MHz |
CY7B9911V | 15MHz to 110MHz |
If the FB input is connected to a divided-by-2 output, the REF input frequency range will be the same as Fnom/2.
Device | REF input frequency range |
CY7B991/2, CY7B991V | 7.5MHz to 40MHz |
CY7B9911 | 7.5MHz to 50MHz |
CY7B9911V | 7.5MHz to 55MHz |
If the FB input is connected to a divided-by-4 output, the REF input frequency range will be the same as Fnom/4.
Device | REF input frequency range |
CY7B991/2, CY7B991V | 3.75MHz to 20MHz |
CY7B9911 | 3.75MHz to 25MHz |
CY7B9911V | 3.75MHz to 27.5MHz |
