Are there any rise or fall time restrictions on the input of the CY2309 low-cost 3.3-V Zero-Delay Buffer? Are there any Schmitt Triggers on the inputs?
There is no restriction on the rise or fall times on the input of CY2309. The device uses regular CMOS input buffers that trigger when the input pass the Vdd/2 threshold. There are no Schmitt triggers on the inputs.
