Question: Why is ISR failing programming?
Answer:
The Flash JAM driver uses a high performance counter located on all PC motherboards, and assumes that it counts at a certain rate. However, if the counter does not perform to standards, about 1.2 million per second, there may be timing problems when programming these devices. The best thing to do is to perform the procedure on a different machine.
