Question: It is possible in the CY22394 to select eight different values of the frequency of PLL 1 using the start-up values of S0, S1 and S2. However, is it possible to program them to flash using software?
Answer:
Currently the software only allows two table entries to be used on the CY22394, switchable with the S2 pin. The first four table entries are set to the S2=0 setting, and the second four are all set to the S2=1 setting. Therefore, the S0 and S1 pins can be in any state at power up.
The CY22392 will allow for all 8-table entries to be used but it does not have an I2C interface.
