Differences Between Revision A and Revision B of Ultra 37000 CPLDs

Question: Ultra37000, Ultra 37k, 37k, 37000, 37032, 37064, 37128, 37192, 37256, 37384, 37512 revision, silicon, rev, die, change, update

 

Answer:

Revision B changed the manufacturing process slightly to improve the characteristics of the revision A silicon. These changes are relatively minor and will not acutely affect device performance. The changes are listed below.

- improved device speed
- improved ESD tolerance
- improved yield
- improved latch-up performance
