where can i download the TXS02612RTWR and S25FS128 ,or the other flash device  schemetic symbol and pcb symbol;my eda tool is AD20,thanks

TXS02612RTWR - This is not an Infineon product. I guess this is a Texas Instruments product and you should contact TI for it.

S25FS128 - Please provide the complete part number of the device so we can provide the schematic symbol for it. For PCB symbol or land pattern recommendations, please refer to this application note - https://www.cypress.com/file/217366/download.
