Welcome!

We know that  Cypress does not currently manufacture DRAM based on this link https://community.cypress.com/docs/DOC-9726 but we found these families S27KL0641/S27KS0641/S70KL1281/S70KS1281 have datasheet related to DRAM

Cypress datasheet >>> http://www.cypress.com/file/183506/download

Also other distributors display them under DRAM product

Mouser >>> https://eu.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Cypress-Semiconductor/S27KS0641DPBHI020?qs=sGAEpiMZZMti5BT4iPSEn...

Arrow >>> https://www.arrow.com/en/products/s70kl1281dabhi023/cypress-semiconductor

Please advise?

Hello Soliman,

The Cypress S27KL0641/S27KS0641 (and S70KL0641/S70KS0641) family series is DRAM, using the Hyperbus Interface

However, it is important to highlight that the Cypress HyperRAM memory is a self-refresh DRAM using the Low-Signal-Count

(12-pin) Hyperbus Interface.  The Hyperbus (12-pin) interface operates at Double Data Rate (DDR) and can scale up to 333 MB/s

throughput making it an ideal solution for automotive, industrial and IoT applications that require “instant-on” capability.

NOTE :  The HyperBus Interface has a mandatory set of signals, as well as optional signals that are supported by some, but not all,

HyperBus compatible devices.

Please find attached the Hyperbus (Low-Signal-Count) 12-pin Spec.

Hope this helps...

Thank you and regards,

Albert
