Hi Forum.
I'm in process of transfer to 32-bit ARM platform from 8-bit 8051 chips. Application should be for the electric vehicle Li-Ion battery pack. I have already tried STM32 chips.
Seems to me that FM4 S6E2CC is very well and mature chip so I am interested in:
1 - program longevity,
2 - possibility for obtaining FM4-176L-S6E2CC-ETH development kit and
3 - errata sheet for the S6E2CC, I could not find any.

if you look for longevity and M4 based industrial MCUs from CY/IFX, I would recommend you to have a look at the XMC4000 family.
32-bit XMC4000 Industrial Microcontroller Arm® Cortex®-M4 - Infineon Technologies
In case you need AEC-Q100 (as application seems to be automotive), have a look to the Traveo Family as example:
