Board inspection system for FM3

Hello,

We are going to use a board inspection system to inspect the mounting status of the board using CY9BF122KPMC-G-JNE2.

In order to detect solder bridges and solder defects, 1.5V is applied between each pin for 0.5 seconds (There is no power on the board).

Is there any problem with this operation?

Also, please let us know if there is a restriction for each pin.

Dear Shimamura-san,

For the FM3 device itself, if you follow the Absolute Maximum Ratings described in datasheet of CY9B120M Series, it would be no problem.
