Please tell me about CY2DL1510AZC's  junction temperature: Tj and package thermal resistance: Θjc.

Hi Morimoto-san,

The maximum junction temperature of CY2DL1510AZC is 135°C.

And you can find the thermal resistance of CY2DL1510AZC in the datasheet:

If you want to calculate the operating junction temperature, you could use the following formula:

Tj = TA + (ƟJA)×(Pd)

Where,

ƟJA = Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance (Theta JA).

TA = Ambient operating temperature (temperature grade of the actual device)

Pd = Voltage (V) × Current (I). Typical Voltage and Current values are found in the datasheet

For example, when TA = 55°C, operating voltage V=2.5V, operating current I= 50mA,

then Tj = 55 + 69 x (2.5 x 0.05) = 63.625 °C
