About MB90634 APFV Full ICE

Nice to meet you.

Already a few years ago, I had to develop with the MB90634APFV, which became EOL. However, there is no debugger.

Since the microcomputer is one-time, I feel that development is difficult without full ICE.

Does anyone have information about the MB90634 APFV debugger, socket, etc.?

I also confirmed with Cypress via a trading company, but I could not obtain any information.

Since the MB90634APFV has been EOL, still need some time to check...

SOFTUNE could be one solution to debug MB90634APFV...

Anyway, please let us have some time to check...

本スレッドに関しまして、もう少し詳細な背景及び、どのような情報が必要かご教授ください。

ご認識されている通り、MB90634APFVはMask ROMのデバイスで、FWをデバイスに書き込むことができません。

また、本デバイスは既にEOLになっていますので、弊社より本デバイスをリリースすることはできません。

今回のお問い合わせがデバック（のみ）環境で必要なツール等である場合、それらをリストアップすることは可能です。

注意点といたしましてはこれらツール自体もEOLになっておりますので、弊社から販売することはできません。
