Is there a way to get the status of TDet and PDet via registers notably in pulsed mode setup via SPI?
Or is there a way to find out the status of TDet and PDet with an algorithm from the ADC values or something else got from the SPI registers?

1.0 On March 19th Infineon Technical Community hosted a conference with the theme "Infineon AURIX ™ TC3xx Automotive Grade Microcontrollers and Typical Modules Tips and Utilization ( CAN-FD, SMU, ADC )" online seminar, details are as follows
If you missed that live broadcast, don't worry, you can click this link to watch it back: AURIX ™ TC3 special live broadcast, detailing automotive-grade microcontrollers and typical module skills and applications
The link to the live class and materials can be downloaded in the attachment
2.0 The broadcast had a total of 206 questions because of the large number of participants, and some of the more representative questions are selected here for a unified response:
- Question: Is the emergency stop output controlled by SMU_CORE? Or is it triggered directly by a fault signal
Answer: It is set by SMU in advance, and the emergency stop will be triggered when the corresponding alarm appears
- Question: Is it possible to reuse the ecology of the upcoming AURIX TC4x series with the TC3x series? Is it possible to describe the porting difficulty?
Answer: some can be reused. The porting difficulty varies from package to package. Specifically look at the TC4xx_COM/TC4xx_STD options.
- Question: What are the main difficulties in the development of high-end automotive MCUs compared to consumer ECUs, and why does it seem like the process is so far behind?
Answer: Based on functional safety design and automotive application oriented design robustness requirements considerations. It will be less aggressive than consumer grade
- Q: Does the FSP pin support the emergency stop function? What is the significance?
Answer: FSP and Emergency Stop can be triggered at the same time, both to report the fault to the external DEVICE and to turn the port output off.
Due to space constraints, the full version of the Q &A can also be viewed in the attached Excel
Some questions are too complex to be answered simply, so it is recommended that you can click the green button "Ask a Question" in the upper right corner (if you can't see it, it is recommended that you narrow your browser to 80-90%)

Hello
< I would have post again to correct mt TYPO, sorry.>
Customer intend to use BTS428L2 for next model.
Customer want to estimate BTS428L2 Nominal load current at Tc=60 deg-C.(not 85-deg-C)
In the data sheet of BTS428L2, ILoad=5,8A(MIN) at Tc=85 deg-C.
Customer let case temp 60deg-C, in order to increase load current ILoad=6.5A( this is customer's goal).
Anyway,
I had found application note below ** , and found Fig.36 Relative Rdson vs Tj.
I see Coeff = 71 at Tc= 85 deg-C. And also, Iload =5.8A(MIN).
I also see Coeff =61 at Tc=60 deg-C.
==>
Therefore, I think Iload at Tc=60 deg-C is,
So, Iload at 60degC is IL = 5.8A(85deg-C) / ( 61/71) = 6.75A.
Is this wrong?
I would have your advice.
Best Regards

Helllo, I have a TriBoard TC3X7 V2.01
According to the schematics in the user manual, the VEXT is supplied by the V_UC via an 0-ohm resistor R521.
I have desoldered the R521 resistor, and I still see that it's V_UC side and VEXT side are shorted to one another (Tested with fluke). No problem with the desolder itself - this went well.
Is there an error in the schematics and the VEXT is connected to V_UC via some other line that is not mentioned in the schematic?
Best Regards,
Robbie.

Could you please check the following about the discoloration of the terminals of the FF200R12KT4?
(1) Discoloration of the terminals of the IGBT module can occur regardless of the storage conditions, and it is recognized that it does not affect the operation in particular.
Is it okay to understand that the contact resistance will not increase either?
(2) Can discoloration occur in the same way at all terminals?
We are concerned that if the color/degree of discoloration of the terminals differs depending on the individual, it will be pointed out in the appearance check at the time of acceptance.
(3) If you have any information about the reason for the discoloration, could you tell us?

Show LessHi Sir,
When I use "ADC basic" example with CY8CKIT-062S4, and modify the code to single end,
then everything is fine, ADC is working.
After I changing CY8CKIT-062S4 bsp to custom bsp we built(CY8C6244AZI-S4D62), then building and download are successful,
but ADC pin P10_0 has no output with CY8CKIT-062S4 board.
May I use CY8CKIT-062S4 board with CY8C6244AZI-S4D62 bsp? Is it correct?
