Hello,
I am using SiC MOSFET GDB and power module for double pulse testing. The GDB was working fine until a few days ago when I saw a spark in the HS of the V-phase(I was using the LS of V-phase). After initial inspection of the GDB and power module, the RDY LS, RDY HS LED`s went off on the GDB.
On the power module, the measured impedance between Gate, Drain and Source were very less than the normal impedance on the other phases of the board. The condition on which the failure occurred was 500V and 350A. The SiC module was tested alot of times before the incident and there was no damage. Also the measurement setup was same as the earlier when there was no issue.
Please comment on the possibilities of the failure of the GDB or the power module. If you need more information then please let me know.
Thank you
Show LessHow to interpret the .npy files that we get in the Radar Fusion GUI. I used the np.load to load the contents of the array( image attached below),the shape of the array is correct, but i am not able to understand what the contents are? Is the contents of .npy file the raw ADC data or it is in byte format?

Hello,
is there a limit to the number of cycles I can reflow solder the BGS14M8U9?
We place our components in a two stage workflow with the BGS14M8U9 being the first component in the PCB. Can it endure another solder cycle or does this have any impact on the product?
Best regards
Show LessHi,
I am having the Traveo-T2G kit. CYTVII-2D-4M-216 set and the CYT3DLABHBES cpu.
I am running the TRAVEO T2G Sample driver Library provided by infineon.
Is freeRTOS supported for this MCU ?. Because when running the example of freertos from "tviic2d4m". I am getting error ike the FreeRTOS.h was not found. Then I found that the freeRTOS path is not included in the workspace. Can I add manually?.
*Note: In the IAR workspace tviic2d4m_flash_cm7_0_mc_template -> the RTOS folder is excluded from build.
In the "TLE6208-3G" Application Note, Rev. 1.0, July 2004, on page 20, in the description of the "Status Word" section, regarding "Bit 0: Overtemperature Prewarning," it is understood that when the chip temperature falls below the standard value (Ti=125°C), bit 0 is set to L to update the abnormal bit based on the IC's own temperature judgment.
Therefore, it is correct to understand that for "Bit 13: Overload/Short-Circuit Indicator," "Bit 14: Underload/Broken Wire Indicator," and "Bit 15: Supply Voltage Fault," when the abnormal condition is resolved, the abnormal bit is not automatically cleared, but by using the SRR register, the abnormal bit can be set to 0.
