gayathriv_16 Feb 14, 2013 11:28 PM (in response to bai.michael)Hi,
So you meant that when you are downloading bulkloop example (the one that coes with FX2LP DVK), it renumerates as unkown devcie?
Are you using FX2LP DVK or your custom hardware? If you are using custom hardware is it possible for you to check with FX2LP DVK? Also, can you please check and let us know the VID/PID being shown in the devcie manager? Right click on the device and select properties. select the "Details" tab and see the "Hardware IDs".

bai.michael Feb 16, 2013 7:48 PM (in response to bai.michael)Hi,
Yes I'm using the customer hardware (100pin) to debug the bulkloop project.
Before renumeration, the VID/PID is 04B4/8613. After renumeration, the VID/PID is 0000/0000.

gayathriv_16 Feb 19, 2013 3:31 AM (in response to bai.michael)Hi,
Just with downlaod of bulkloop.hex to FX2LP RAM, it renumerates with VID/PID of 0x0000/0x0000. Please correct me if my understanding is incorrect. If so, please follow the AN http://www.cypress.com/?rID=12956, http://www.cypress.com/?rID=12719 and http://www.cypress.com/?id=4&rID=34128. Ensure the guidelines are followed.

bai.michael Feb 22, 2013 6:46 PM (in response to bai.michael)Hi,
If I just download bulkloop.hex to the FX2, it renumerate as "Cypress EZ-USB Example Device (3.01.0000.2)"
and the bulk in/out transfer is worked by using CyConsole. The problem is that I trying to debug the
same firmware (bulkloop), and when the code go through the "EZUSB_Discon(TRUE)", it renumerate as an
unknown device with VID/PID = 0x0000/0x0000.
