Hello,
I'm currently trying to certify my USB3.0 device based on FX3, and I have some problems with the chapiter 7 tests.
According to the certification lab, my device doesn't enter in USB Compliance Mode (§7.5.5 of USB3 specifications).
The folowing tests have been executed on Ellisys USB Explorer 280.
TD.7.33 Exit Compliance Mode Test - Testing Upstream Port (Device)
FAILED | Testing Upstream Port (Device) | Unexpected packet |
FAILED | Testing Upstream Port (Device) | Speed not supported |
FAILED | Testing Upstream Port (Device) | Missing link polling |
FAILED | Testing Upstream Port (Device) | Port did not enter Compliance Mode |
TD.7.37 Packet Pending Test - Testing Upstream Port (Device)
FAILED | Testing Upstream Port (Device) | Power management transaction rejected (possible errata issue) |
Does anybody know how to fix my firmware for these tests ?
Thanks a lot
Pierre-Emmanuel

Hi Pierre,
Could you please let me know the SDK version that you are using.
If you are seeing this issue with 1.2.3 then can you please try with the SDK 1.2.1.
Thanks,
Sai Krishna.

Hello,
Yes, I use the SDK v1.2.3. I don't try on previous SDK version.
The support gave me a fix, which will be included in the next SDK version.
I'm waiting for the USB tests results.
Thanks
Pierre-Emmanuel
