Hi
While programming my CYRF69103 using MiniProg3,it is not detecting the target board, my 5 pin connection is as follows
SCLK of MiniProg3 to P1.0, SDATA of MiniProg3 to P1.1, GND to GND, VTARG to Target board power supply (positive). And also the busy LED is off while programming!
Please see the atached file also. Please reply!

Did you try to power the CYRF69103 externally (not from the MiniProg3)?
Also, when I understand that error message right, yout MiniProg3 *A doesn't support power cycle programming (see http://www.cypress.com/?rID=2543 ), so you need to configure the Reset programming method.

CyRF series PSoC has to have special interface for programming.
As you see CyRF Dev-Kit, It needs special dongle for it.
But no worry, that is a simple circuit.
SDA and SCL must pull up by resisters, 5Kohm as the I2C interface.
You can easy to going made it.
With my experience, I could programming CyRF69213 by using Miniprog1 and this dongle.
However Miniprog3 can do as well, I guess.

CyRF Series has no RESET pin,
So basically, this psoc must needs Power-Cycle mode to programmer.
As this link [ http://www.cypress.com/?rID=38154 ]
It seems, when you upgrade your Miniprog3 to Rev-B, you can use power cycle mode.
If you have Miniprog1, you can do that right now.

Hi PSoC73,
Thank you for your reply, but if you check the MiniProg3 schematic those pull-up resisters are already there. So we can program CyRF directly without the dongle circuit.
