Hello! I'm using cy7c64215-28PVXC to do a mouse, but when I connect the chip in my computer, recognizes the chip like a unknown device I have W8. how can I fix this error?

I'm not sure about Win8 and I haven't this chip, however
This chip dedicate for USB.
Some chip like this that have a I2C interface to programming.
This might be need pull up resister(5Kohm~) on D+,- pin.
Which programmer did you use?

Hello PSoC73 thanks for reply, I used this chip to make a USB mouse , I proved it in another computer with Windows 8 and I have the same error "Unknow device", but when I tried in windows vista It worked perfect. So I don´t know what can I do to solve this problem

that must be driver recognition issue of Win8.
I heard, that is very strict but there are some way to bypass it.
