Exception while debugging in PSoC Creator 3.0 & 3.1

I have attached an image of the error I get everytime I 'step over' or 'step into' a statement in Debug mode. This is the case for both PSoC Creator 3.0 & 3.1. Has anyone come across this issue recently? Any pointers on how I could go about resolving this?

1)Are you facing this issue with only a particular project?If yes can you attach the project?

   

2)Is this project building successfully in Creator 3.0 and 3.1?

Thanks for your reply.

   

1) I have encountered this issue with all projects that I have worked on. This issue occurs even when I open an example project for the appropriate device and debug it.

   

2) The projects build successfully in both PSoC Creator 3.0 and 3.1.

   

3) Windows 8.1 64-bit (6.1, Build 9600), and I currently have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1.
