I have a custom PCB using CY8C3866LTI-30. I have some older chips that program correctly using the MinProg3. However all my newer PSoC chips will not program. In PSoC Creator 2.2 the "Select Debug Target" window is unable to port acquire the chip. There is a icon that changes when I remove the battery from the PSoC PCB (see attached images). I've tried multiple PCB's, checked for any shorts or breaks in traces. The chip is getting power and I'm able to see 1.8V output from the VCCA pin. What could be the cause of not being able to acquire the PSoC for programming?

I would suggest you to create a technical "MyCase" to get a solution asap. To do so, click on "Support & Community" on top of this page and select "Create a MyCase".
