I am trying to make my own board, using the same chip as the psoc 4 pioneer. However looking at the circuit there is something called vtarg which I don't understand. Does anyone have the most basic of debugger circuits? Thanks

When looking at the schematics of the Pioneer kit, you see that Vtarg is connected to Vdd by a Zero Ohm resistor R4.

Hey there, I just made this circuit the other day. The Vtarg pin is the power supplied *FROM* the board. The miniprog CAN provide a voltage if needed by configuring it (when you press the program button).
