i have some questions about AN48610

 Hi everyone:

   

        i read the 《AN48610 - Design and Layout Guidelines for Matching Network and Antenna for WirelessUSB™ LP Family》 document, and i have some questions about it: i want to know that whether the antenna is under patent protection. i am going to use that antenna in my product, which using CYRF8935A chipset. my      Technical Support recommended a few antenna to me, but the result is not good. i want to use the antenna which on the document, but am afraid of the      patent problem.   

       

         do you know the      antenna is under patent protection? and can i use it in my product? wish your answer. THX!   

       

        the appendixes are my product's antenna design, which      Technical Support recommended to me. ANT-1 is the best i try.
