I recently ordered this Board
When I plugged in the USB programming port J1 to PC using the cable provided with Kit, PC has enumerated device as DVKProg5/0000000001D1, and an unknown Device (ID: 0X2ba01477).
But as per the Psoc 5LP Device famaly, CY8C5868AXILP035 device has Device ID: 0X2E123069.
and the Programmer has identified the device but programing operation failed.
did anyone else faced this issue?
Why this Device is not identified.

I had (some time ago) a similar error that could be cured only with the help of cypress.
When de-installing (completely) and re-installing the whole Cypress software does not help (takes some time!) I would suggest you to create a mycase: At top of this page "Support&Community -> Technical Support -> Create a MyCase"

I have the same issue, and I installed creator 3.0. I saw a problem device in the device manageer with USB2.0-CRW label. My computer is installed windows 8.1.

I downloaded the drivers.zip and put all the files into programer/3.19.1/driver folder, run the driver.bat. It is OK now.
But I have gotten the same problem at my old computer which is XP.
