 recently i used to program cy8c5588axi with miniprog3? and that was ok.

   

but then i had to reinstall the system and now i have errors

   

1) FAILED! PSoC device is not acquired! Check connection of the chip to the programmer

   

or

   

2) the chip id isn't in database

   

i tried psoc programmers 3.11, 3.15.1, 3.18, 3.19 and both they didn`t work

I had a similar problem after re-installation that could be cured only from tech support via a remote session. File a technical case asap to get helped.

Check the versions: Creator must be 2.x when the PSoC is not a  -LP
