Our BCM2073X BLE solutions includes the full BLE Stack in ROM. This includes, host and Controller functions: L2CAP, GAP, GATT (attribute profile and protocol), SMP, HCI and below.

In addition, we include many sample configurable applications in ROM: wireless charging, automation IO, blood pressure monitor, cycling/running speed cadence, glucose meter, master/slave, temp sensor, beacon, long characteristic, OTA, PWM, speed test, time, proximity and others.

"Complete Power-Optimized Stack" sounds like a term several of our competitors use in their marketing.

We do not use a similar phrase, but our firmware is extremely sophisticated in this regard and does alot of house keeping related to managing power, including the throttling of internal CPU speed for best performance/power consumption.
