development board factory hex file (w/test routines)

        Is it possible to be able to re-program the development kit boards with the factory hex file ? (Just in case, to troubleshoot the hardware to make sure it is still operating properly.) It tests the LCD, RS-232/USB communications, etc. I have the CY8CKIT-001 PSoC Development Kit. Thanks (esp. if you provide the files : ).
