can we design a 8 channel temperature scanner using CY8C34?

Hello everybody,

   

I am new electronic circuit designing kindly advice how to interface temperature sensor with CY8C34 and also advice general concept for scanner design.

General scanner design -

   

 

   

1) Motor control

   

2) Interface to CCD line arrays

   

3) A/D for Temerature reading/control

   

4) Sleep capability

   

5) FS USB

   

6) Does not have DFB for digital filtering of scanned image, may or may not be desired.

Depending on your prerequisites (Range, precision, accuracy, money, boss, speed) I would suggest you to consider looking at the PSoC 4 which is more modern, (very!) cheap and comes with the Pioneer KIT as a prototype board, look here: secure.cypress.com/
