Pin configuration

Could anybody tell me how to configure the pins on CY8C4014SXI421 ? I am using the PSoC Creator 3.0.

Open the "design wide resources" editor, by double-clicking on the *.cydwr file in the project view. It should open with the pins tab, where you can assign the pins. If you want to configure the behaviour of a pin, use a pin component and configure that.
