Hello,
I am working with the CY8CKIT-050 PSoc 5LP Development Kit. It was working ok but when I put it a 9v battery they stop to run his program. Because of that I conected again to the PC and try to program it again but gave me this error :
There was an error running port acquire. There may be no devices attached, or a device may be in use by another application.
I am using the USB to program it, and I don't know hou to solve it.

I am out of time, so take a look at board schematic to see if
you hosed anything by not changing jumpers when you connected
battery. Some regulators will not take sink current w/o damage, verify
that could not have happened by looking at datasheet if board does not
porotect against reverse current with a diode.....
Regards, Dana.

Dana,
I take a look of the schematics, but there is a diodo that protects the circuit. And Important thing that I didn't said at the begining it was that i have been useing the battery for a long period, it wasn't the first time that I put it.

I admit that it might be a silly question, but do you use the correct USB-port of the Kit-050?
