Hi,
Install the Cy3684 DVK http://www.cypress.com/?rID=14321.
Have you programmed the device with any firmware?
Can you see any device in the device manager (atleast as UNKNOWN device) after connecting to the PC?
Check if there is any unknown device with VID/PID 04b4/8613.
If you find the device with above mentioned VID/PID manually bind the device with the drivers available in the path "C:\Cypress\USB\CY3684_EZ-USB_FX2LP_DVK\1.1\Drivers\Win7\x64"
FYI:The board that is show in the picture is not provided by cypress.I think that you might have bought from other vendor.
Regards,
Vikas.

Hi Gerard,
We don't have much info about the board.Thats why I mentioned that it is not provided by cypress.
Open the device and then connect the device.Check whether the device manager is getting refresh or not.
Do you have schematics of this board?
Regards,
Vikas.

Hi,
Without schematics it is difficult to solve the issue.
1)Is the blue switch on board is related to RESET?try to toggle it if it get stuck
2)can you see the clock signal at the crystal pins?
3)Check whether you are getting the 3.3 voltage at the Vcc pins of Cy7C68013A.Refer the datasheet
http://www.cypress.com/?docID=45142 to know pin numbers
4) I think the jumper at the corner is connecting the EEPROM(not sure though).try after removing the jumper

Vikas.

Vikas,
I checked the blue switch, everything is ok.
I have a signal on the clock, 3,27v.
Yes, I 3,27v between 3.3v and GND pins.
Yes, the jumper is removed as it is to connect the AT24C128 EEPROM.
Thank you for your help, you have other ideas ??

Hi,
Please check the voltage on the following pins
1)Reset
2)wakeup
3)reserved
what is the frequnecy of the signal at crystal pins?
Use usblyzer and capture the usb trace during the enumeration.Usblyzer is a free software tool
