Hi

I work with this example, and tried the Hi-pass and low-pass
filters (and other filters) but unfortunately the result are not
corralted to the filter.

The input I use is with the generator of sine wave between 0.3-5 khz
And, the output is a sine wave, but with wrong amtipudue and phase.

I try to play with the gain, and with coefficents of the filter but with no succes.

Attach - exmpale:

Input - sine wave of 800 hz.

Output - not responding to the filter

Please your advice...

I cannot tell what goes wrong, what you expect to happen and what does not happen, too few input. Can you post your complete project together with a more detailled description what you expect to see and what you actually get?

I tried 10 different frequencies in the range 1-5kHZ with no success...

There is a mismatch between the sps of the ADC (48Ksps) and the definition for the filter (10ksps). I would suggest you to choose the same rate for both (10ksps) to see a more correct result.
