      can you help me to choose an ADC converter for a physiological signal EMG and tell me what is the best  converter

   

       for a physiological signal ?

I think you should use the DelSig ADC, since it delivers the best resolution. Be careful with your board layout since any noise will reduce the usable resolution. For first tests, probably the -050 kit is the best since it its designed for precision analog.
