is there any arduino/ energia like or compatible like interface for psoc development kits?

I am not aware of any activity, but I do not speak for Cypress.

But the PSOC 4 and PSOC BLE familiy do have arduino footprint boards available.

   

And imminently the PSOC 4 M family will also have an arduino footprint board.

I think the closest you can get is the RPiSoc: http://www.embeditelectronics.com/

   

But given that most of the power of the PSoC lies in the flexibility of using its configurable hardware (together with the power of software) you will miss out a lot. I recommend starting with Creator, looking at the Creator 101 video series (www.cypress.com/creator101 ) and then try some example projects.

used in a PSOC 4 project (not all at once, but many depending on each

The list shows on Firefox, Chrome, only sometimes on IE.

        I think that the most value would be using creator and beeing able to include arduino libraries. Is this possible
