Hi All
Good Day to all!
I'm using PSoC BLE in my new project, I know the BLE range is 10M only. But my requirement is 80M Line of Sight! Can anyone suggest a Power amplifier to boost my BLE signal?
Best regards
Kirangkr

Your range is a function of Rx sensitivity, Tx Power, Antenna gain.
A 100 mW amplifier at 2.4 Ghz pretty common. If you google "bluetooth rf power amplifier"
quite a few hits, Triquint, Maxim, uChip.....

How about getting the extra range with a better antenna. Like this http://www.qsl.net/eb4eqa/bt_yagi/bt_yagi.htm. This one gives you about 8dB of gain and you do not need extra IC's just a better antenna. You could add more elements to get more gain.

I am sorry the last post was for an HF yagi it will work but try this one http://www.iw5edi.com/ham-radio/?yagi-designer-2.0, or this Yagi https://www.ab9il.net/wlan-projects/wifi6.html. This one gives you about 21db that should take care of your issue.

Hi All;
Good Day!
Thanks for all your repleis! My product is a small portable device so I think a 100mW amplifier at 2.4GHz will be the best solution to go!
Thank you guys! See you later!
